Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use Raki, we collect the data you create: daily check-ins, chat messages, and account preferences. We also collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for security and debugging.

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Raki reads a limited set of read-only wellness data — sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, and steps — to personalize your check-ins and recovery suggestions. This is entirely optional, we never write data back to Apple Health, and we never use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Raki service. We use your check-in history to generate insights and personalize the companion. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your emotional data to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.

We use Stripe for payment processing — they handle your payment information and we never store card details. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. When you record a voice message, the audio is sent to OpenAI solely to transcribe it into text — it is processed in transit and never stored. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete all your data within 30 days, including check-in history, companion conversations, and profile information.

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. If you have questions or requests regarding your personal data, contact us at support@naraki.nu.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. If you discover a security issue, please contact security@naraki.nu.
