Using Raki
Raki is an emotional wellness tool, not a medical or mental health service. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact a crisis line or mental health professional.
By using Raki, you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 16 or older to use Raki. One person per account — sharing is not permitted.
Subscriptions and billing
The free tier is free forever with the limits described on the pricing page. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Your content
You own your check-ins, conversations, and data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our liability
Raki is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Raki after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
