Can HR or management see individual employee data?

No — never. Individual check-ins, companion conversations, and personal emotional data are completely private. HR and managers only see anonymized aggregate trends for groups of 5+ people. This is enforced at the data layer, not just policy.

What do employees actually get with the enterprise plan?

Every employee gets full premium access — unlimited AI companion chat, Emotional DNA, voice companion, crisis station, guided programs, sleep companion, breathwork library, and emotional weather forecast.

How long does implementation take?

Most teams are live within 5–10 business days. SSO configuration takes under 2 hours for IT. We handle employee onboarding communication, manager training, and rollout logistics.

Is a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement available?

Yes. We sign a BAA for all healthcare customers (hospitals, clinics, health insurance, digital health). HIPAA-compliant data processing is included in all plans at 100+ seats.

How is pricing calculated? What counts as an active seat?

A seat is any employee with an active Raki account during the billing period. We bill based on unique monthly active users — employees who never activate don't count. Seats can be added or removed monthly.

What SSO and identity providers do you support?

Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping Identity, and any SAML 2.0-compatible provider. SCIM provisioning is available for automated user lifecycle management.

Do you support multi-region or EU data residency?

Yes — EU data residency is available for all plans at 100+ seats. Data is stored and processed in AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1). A Data Processing Agreement is provided for GDPR compliance.

How do you handle employee departures?

When an employee is deprovisioned in your IdP, their Raki access is revoked within minutes via SCIM. Their personal data can be fully deleted on request. We do not retain terminated employee data unless legally required.

What support do enterprise customers get?

All enterprise plans include a named account manager, 1-business-day email response SLA, quarterly business reviews, and access to our implementation library. 500+ seat plans get a 4-hour response SLA.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Annual contracts are standard. Monthly billing is available for teams under 100 seats at a 20% premium. Multi-year agreements are available for 500+ seats with volume discounts.
